After being trained by Sunny, Rain moves with unusual speed and precision for a young mundane girl her age. Her nascent battle style was grounded, calculated, and sharp, merging steady defense with unexpected and explosive attacks. She was much more fit and in command of her physicality, fighting with confidence and poise. It was her will, cool mind, and meticulous discipline that had allowed her to advance so fast.^[11]

Rain's weapon of choice was a bow, but she was not only proficient in using a bow but also possessed a wide range of weapons, demonstrating her resourcefulness and ability to keep enemies at range, a skill not even Saints could guarantee in the Dream Realm.^[18]

Rain controlled her soul essence with intricate finesse, displaying bursts of greater strength and speed than most Awakened while spending less essence. Her swordsmanship was precise and deadly, and her mind was in a state of clarity.^[19]

• In Chapter 2798, Rain transformed the stone arch of Ivory Island into a portal by invoking and channeling the True Names of Fire, Divinity, and Stepping Across Thresholds into the stone, with her Mark of Shadows assisting her in bearing and channeling the crushing weight of the Name of Divinity.
  • The Name of Divinity was described as one of the first Names Nephis had taught Rain, since it was the foundation of countless other Names.^[20]

• As a toddler, she used to follow Sunny around, as though they were glued together.^[25]
• Judging by the prices of the homes in the terrace district, her adopted family was reasonably well-to-do but it seemed that Sunny had underestimated either their wealth or their connections. She went to a rather elite school. It was not the most prestigious, but it was close.^[26]
• Rain met Sunny on Chapter 480.
• Her favorite food is pasta with mushrooms and cream sauce. She gave her favorite food that was made by her mom to Sunny as a peace offering for rudeness.^[27]

• When Sunny was thinking of what style to teach Rain, he first considered sharing his legacy, Shadow Dance, with her. But in the end, he decided against it due to not only was her mentality poorly suited for his shapeless and insidious battle art, but she was also physically incapable of learning it. In the end, he decided to teach her Saint's solid, grounded battle style which seemed to suit Rain's personality very well and his goal was to ensure she survives for as long as possible that having a flawless defense was a way to go.^[15]
• Rain doesn't like Mongrel due to the following reasons:^[17]
  • For her, Mongrel seems pompous, due to going around teaching people how to live.
  • The mask, a good person would not have to hide behind a mask.
  • Mongrel caused so many problems for Night.
• She was given the number of Aiko to contact her if she ever mastered the lessons Sunny gave before he returned from Second Nightmare.^[30]
• Rain met Effie in Chapter 501, Cassie and Kai in Chapter 555 and Nephis in Chapter 782.
• She was worried about Sunny for not replying in two months in Antarctica and flooded his inbox with messages.^[31]
• She has no idea that the "Devil" is also Sunny even though Sunny did mention that people called him "Devil of Antarctica".^[32]
• After Sunny visited her in Chapter 1590, Soul Serpent was replaced it with Happy Shadow before he left on a long journey.
• Rain's father is one of the senior government liaisons in Ravenheart. His work is mostly administrative and involves logistics, but he also met exalted figures quite often.^[33]
• In Chapter 1715, Rain had accepted the long journey of finding her Aspect and Flaw, even though becoming a Master would be more laborious without the Spell.
• Her teacher seemed to only award Memories that fit her kills. He could have given her more powerful Memories, but people would question her identity.^[34]
• In Chapter 1918, Rain received about a dozen shards in the Song Army.
• In Chapter 1975, She punched Sunny to his face when he bragged about him being in Nephis' bedroom.
• Rain's feelings about receiving new Memories are a mix of excitement and longing. Struggling to find her place while bearing the burdens of war, she has endured countless horrors without the rewards others flaunt.^[35]
• In Chapter 1999, Rain was augmented by Sunny's shadow which separated from her own.
• In Chapter 2204, Rain told Tamar her real name "Rain" rather than "Rani".
• In Chapter 2249, Rain sensed the awakening of her Aspect.
• Rain and Tamar had a matching tattoo.^[36]'
• It was mentioned in Chapter 2295 that Rain had secret lessons with Nephis about Shaping and her channeling is stable. Rain is also proud that of all of Sunny's achievements, charming Nephis is the most outstanding.
• It had taken Rain four years to Awaken, and she was the pioneer to Natural Awakening.^[37] (Refer to Rain's Awakening)
• In Chapter 2749, Rain accompanied Tamar and her cohort through the Hollows of Godgrave to see them off before they challenged a Seed of Nightmare.
• In Chapter 2797, it was mention that Rain used the Epithets she could assign and granted it to Tamar's sword. She had made sure to make them useful, but not powerful enough to drain her essence — that way, she could maintain them indefinitely, or at least until the day Tamar returned from the Nightmare. However, she could not sense the two Epithets she had assigned to Tamar's sword siphoning a bit of her essence away, and instead, she felt three of them devouring her essence with astonishing speed, and they were assigned to Lady Cassia. She also Ascended, can maintain 3 Epithets and the snake, which was her Mark of Shadows had grown bigger.
• She could hear the whispers of the Call of Nightmare in Chapter 3004.
• Before saying goodbye to Rain, Sunny prepared her favorite pancakes and shared a final breakfast with her at the Nameless Temple, knowing that he would soon leave again.^[38] Sunny's farewell to Rain marked his departure for the Fifth Nightmare, during which he entrusted her with the Nameless Temple, its courtyard and tree as her legacy, with Revel tasked with maintaining the estate until Rain became a Transcendent, and gave her the Extraordinary Rock containing recordings of his voice as a parting gift.^[39]
