Bloodwave · Shadow Slave · Wiki

Bloodwave is a Transcendent of the House of Night. He was in charge of the naval convoy that had delivered the field army to the Antarctic Center, and the Saint who dived into the black water as a monstrous killer whale.^[3]^[4]

Appearance

A man with smooth ebony skin and perfectly white hair, his eyes glinting with shades of indigo and deep blue.^[4]^[1] His towering figure was board and fearsome.^[1]

Personality

Bloodwave was not a very expressive man.^[1]

Aspect, Abilities & Flaw

Transformation Ability

He can transform into a monstrous killer whale.^[3] The eyes of the great predator remained clear and blue, but the water itself seemed suddenly tinted dark crimson around them.^[5]

Bloodwave in its bestial form was more terrifying upon closer inspection. It resembled a killer whale with a black and white hide and the lines of its body are smooth and predatory. A patchwork of ugly scars covered its hide and its long fins were encased in steel armor, edges sharp like blades. Its enormous eyes glowed in the dark with blue light, full of willpower and intelligence.^[6]

He had some means of tracking enemies underwater.^[7]

He was probably the fourth Transcendent in the Southern Quadrant, as the other three convoys required a guardian to protect them. The emissaries of the House of Night were not part of the First Army.^[4]

Trivia

He is scared of Soul Reaper.^[1]
In Chapter 2824, he appeared as one of Asterion's Thralls.
