He was full of himself and likes to be surrounded by tons of pretty girls every day.^[4]
He has been acting as an overly enthusiastic sycophant ever since he knew of Sunny's identity as Mongrel.^[5]

His first Ability allowed him to enhance the regeneration rate of soul essence, both his own and that of his allies. His second Ability allowed him to transfer his essence to others. In short, he is a soul healer or an essence battery.^[2]

He can speed up the soul essence recovery, both for himself and his allies. The better he knew someone, the more distance he could maintain between himself and the target while channeling the beneficial effect. This ability of his did not work on Sunny.^[6]

According to Sunny, his flaw is pretty apparent.^[7]

A massive stone worm tunneled through the Citadel he was anchored in, then emerged from underneath, devouring the Gateway whole. Those that survived had to battle it off, but they became trapped on the rabble's pieces, surrounded by a swarm of smaller worms.^[8]

The smaller worms were all at least ten meters long and could only move through the soil, which meant they were safe as long as they stayed on top of large blocks of stone. They did this for a few weeks but as their food and water ran out, they had no choice but to flee. He had killed a whole worm, but not before it devoured his arm.^[8]

After the events in Falcon Scott, He had been shipped back to NQSC and was slowly recovering in the hospital complex of the Academy.^[9]

The government treated Evacuation Army veterans well, so Luster was now as good as new despite injuries in Falcon Scott. He and Kim married soon after the Southern Campaign.^[3]
