Sunny's Mother

According to Sunny, she was a rather attractive young woman.^[3] Unlike his father, he remembers his mother perfectly. She was like a ray of sunshine.^[4]

She worked in an underground factory that produced air filtration systems.^[5]

Sunny treasures the memory of their parents and finds solace in sharing these stories with Rain, ensuring they are remembered. He acknowledges that Rain may not feel the same connection, as she now has adoptive parents, but he values her knowing their shared history.^[1]

• Sunny's mother used to assemble air filtration systems in an underground factory on the outskirts which contained fiber grown by one of the Nightmare Spell carriers.^[6]
• Their mother was cheerful, soft-spoken, and pretty, though her appearance and health were affected by living in the harsh outskirts environment.
• Rain physically resembled her mother, but after she became Awakened, her beauty became far more striking too.^[1]

• She fell ill when Rain was about three years old and passed away. Sunny assures Rain that their mother never abandoned them but was taken by the harsh realities of life on the outskirts.^[1]
