Andel · Shadow Slave · Wiki

Andel was one of the Pathfinders of Bright Castle. As a Pathfinder, he was part of the Hunters under Gemma. He was known as an incredibly formidable fighter who was also good at his job.^[2]

Appearance

The Pathfinder, with menacing blue eyes and a sharp jaw, was of average height, solid build, and slightly older than the Sleepers in the grand hall of Bright Castle. His hair was weaved into a short braid, and he appeared slightly older than Gemma.^[1]

Personality

Pathfinders are very valuable. Since Andel had the backing of the leader of the Pathfinders and Hunters, he abused his power and did whatever he wished. He was known as a really nasty fellow with some questionable personal habits. He was a degenerate gambler and spent all his shards in Aiko's gambling den, then refused to pay and hurt anyone who dares to object.^[3]^[2]

Aspect, Ability, & Flaw

He could make any weapon become incredibly sharp when it's in his hands. Sharp enough to cut stone, maybe even steel.^[4]

History

He was accused of using a child as bait for monsters. In the name of justice, he was challenged by a hunter from the outer settlement, Jubei.^[3] However, Andel chose to have one of the lieutenants, Harus represent him in the fight and killed the challenger Jubei.^[5] He was later challenged again by Nephis but this time his luck ran out and was beheaded.^[4]^[1]
