Bast was introduced as a retainer of the clan Song. He was part of the advanced party because of his rare and useful Utility Aspect.^[1]

Appearance

He is a middle-aged man in heavy armor, his face bleak and unfamiliar.^[2] An unassuming bleak man.^[1]

Personality

He was like a corpse, quiet and devoid of emotion. He was treated with strange courtesy by Seishan, Beastmaster, and Dire Fang, while he remained passive, waiting and biding his time.^[3]

Seishan's bloodbag, Bast, is producing mirrors to fuel suspicion from Valor Clan. Mordret instructed them to do this, but it was a senseless act. This man is likely to be eliminated, but it doesn't significantly impact the Song clan.^[4]
