The surface of the APC was painted in a grey camouflage pattern. It was angular and stocky, with heavy plates of composite alloy armor covering its solid frame.^[3]

The front of the Rhino was dedicated to the pilot's cabin, which has various control panels and switches. There was enough for a couple more seats. The reinforced windshield was long and narrow, but it provided an almost panoramic view of the surroundings.^[3]

The vehicle's midsection was allocated to a small living room. There was a modest lounge room, as well as a smaller galley and a partitioned hygiene compartment. Six sleeping nooks were situated on the opposing walls which can function as a dedicated sleeping pod.^[3]

A cargo compartment behind the lounge area acted as the armory and integrated engineering workstation. The engineering compartment was located beneath the floor and ran the entire length of the vehicle.^[3]

At the very back of the Rhino is the command and communication suite. A big holographic table, a powerful console connected to the APC's antennae array, and a set of monitors that received the same input as the ones in the pilot's cabin were all present. Behind all this is the captain's bed, complete with a privacy divider and a dedicated storage room.^[3]

• Sunny had presented six charms to the members of the cohort. Each carried an altered version of the single enchantment of the Memory of Ice, which was supposed to raise their resistance to cold. It was a modified version of the Memory of Ice's single enchantment, which was designed to increase their resistance to cold to the members of the cohort. This version can be utilized by Awakened soldiers to keep it active indefinitely until their reserves are entirely depleted.^[2]
• Sunny improved his soldiers' battle readiness by enhancing their weapons. He also augmented their armors by transplanting the [Tenacious] enchantment of the Patient Avenger into their weaves that boosted cohort survivability significantly.^[4]
• All members of Sunny's cohort suspected that he is Lord Mongrel which he confirmed.^[5]
• Every member of the cohort had saturated their cores.^[6]
• Their flaws were not too serious, and most of them were mature Awakened who had at least a decade to learn how to deal with them.^[7]
• Their Rhino was destroyed when Rampart Protocol was executed.^[8]
• Samara was first to die from the murderous cold of the Winter Beast, and then Dorn. Belle was the last to go.^[9]
• Only Kim and Luster remained. There was no news of the gallant healer, Quentin, so he was most likely gone, as well.^[10]
