Overview

Storm God can also be referred to as Goddess of the Black Skies based on the runes describing the Mantle of the Underworld, "black skies" could also be translated as skies covered by storm clouds, or the night sky.[3]

Appearance

The central hall of it was fashioned into a vast, somber shrine. At the center of it stood an altar cut from a single slab of black onyx, and behind it was an incredibly beautiful statue of a young woman dressed in a flowing tunic, her face obscured by a veil. The young woman was holding a star in one hand, and a bolt of lightning in the other.
— Chapter 453 Shrine of Stars

There was the shrine of the Storm God on the fourth level of Ebony Tower, which implied that the relationship between the Nether and Storm God is as simple as it seemed.[4]

There is also a statue of a veiled woman holding a star and a bolt of lightning behind the altar inside the Night Temple.[5]
