Debra

Debra is the wife of Robert Thayne and the mother of Jake and Caleb. She resides with her family in Skyggen, under the protection of the Court of Shadows, due to Caleb's prominence in the organization. However, she is not particularly invested in the development of her Path nor the pursuit of godhood. As such, Caleb believes that neither Debra nor Robert will ever reach C-grade due to their lack of motivation. This was later confirmed by Jacob through his skills as an Augur of Hope.^[1]

Debra continues to hold maternal authority within her family, even after Jake became the World Leader of Earth and Caleb the Judge of the Court of Shadows. She still orders her sons around and scolds them when she feels their behavior warrants it. However, she is also very kind and loving, always welcoming Jake during his increasingly sporadic surprise visits.
