Adam

Maja was pregnant with Adam when the system integration initiated. As such, no one really knew what to expect once he was born and they keep a close eye on Adam. Jake notes that he's stronger and more resilient than pre-system children and also more daring as injuries are far more easily healed post integration.

Jake first meets Adam as a toddler and worries that the small child will be afraid of him, particularly his oddly colored eyes. In reality, Adam was intrigued by his uncle. Adam grew especially fond of Jake’s mana strings, which Jake would use to create swings, slides, and even makeshift rollercoasters. As he grew older, Adam was seen play-sparring with Caleb and watching edited videos of Jake's fights. When ever Jake visits, Adam pleads for stories of Jake's exploits and wants to spar with his famous uncle.

• When Adam was young, Caleb insisted that Jake spend as much time around the baby as possible, not only because of their familial bond, but also so Adam would develop natural presence resistance from being near Jake and his bloodline.
• After watching edited videos of Jake's fights, Adam innocently began referring to his uncle as "The Pink Ranger" due to the purple-ish pink glow of Jake's arcane energy. Maja gently encourages him to adopt the name "The Arcane Hunter" instead.
• Adam likes oatmeal raisin cookies and dislikes mushrooms just like his uncle Jake.
• Adam is named after Maja's grandfather.
• Because Maja was pregnant went the System arrived, Adam does not have the higher natural grade of D-grade like humans born post-system integration. According to Jake, if Adam does not train, he would naturally top out at F-Grade, Level 10.^[1]
