Subtle Characteristics of Nightmare Spell Carriers
Awakened individuals travel to the Dream Realm when they sleep, while Masters can physically enter it at will and physically, leaving a tether behind. Saints were like miniature Gateways, able to come and go between the two words as they pleased, and even carry people with them. Sovereigns, on the other hand, possess a gateway within themselves and can create a stable external bridge between the two worlds. A Dream Gate, unlike a Nightmare Gate, allows living beings to enter the Dream Realm from the waking world.[1]
