Volume 9: Throne of War

As humanity's final war rages within the corpse of a fallen god, two great armies—the Sword and the Song—clash for control of a dying world. Nightmare Creatures stalk the ruins of divinity, but it is the Sovereigns who prove the most devastating threat. Amid shifting alliances, past grudges, and brutal betrayals, Nephis and Sunny, the infamous Lord of Shadows, rise as the last hope of survival.

From fiery plains to haunted oceans and Citadels of Godgrave, the war tears through the Dream Realm and bleeds into the waking world. The Song Army reels under ambushes and internal betrayal, while the Sword Domain staggers under the weight of its own arrogance. Supremes clash. Saints fall. And Sunny uncovers a terrifying secret—true victory requires more than just strength. It demands sacrifice, defiance, and the rewriting of fate itself.

In the chaos, Nephis refuses to submit to the Sovereigns' order, choosing rebellion over obedience. Sunny pierces his own heart to defy death itself, while Nephis burns with divine radiance to survive. Together, they shatter the thrones of old… only for Sunny to orchestrate one final deception.

To allow Nephis to rise unchallenged, he casts himself as a villain and falls by her blade—faking his death before vanishing into legend. As Nephis claims her place as humanity's new Sovereign, Sunny retreats to the forgotten edges of the Dream Realm, preparing for a new beginning in the ashes of war.

The Sovereigns are gone. But the world is still breaking. And the true fight is only beginning.
