Sacred Tree

The bark of the tree was ivory white, and its leaves were vibrant emerald in color. The original tree was much taller, stronger, more robust, and ancient.^[3]

The golden fruit from the sacred tree on the Chain Breaker looked clean, ripe, delicious, and tantalizing. It's refreshing fragrance makes one eager to eat its soft, succulent flesh. Eating one gives a lot of essence.^[4]

• The beautiful tree grew around the main mast of Chain Breaker.^[3]
• A sapling was found to replace the tree, which supposedly died during the ship's crash.^[1]
• The Soul Devouring Tree is connected to the sacred tree on the Chain Breaker that had come from Heart God's desecrated grove. The strange tree that Eurys of the Nine was nailed to in punishment is also connected to the sacred tree.^[4]
• In Chapter 2853, there was a towering tree, sacred and ancient, characterized by snow-white bark and scarlet leaves, situated among the dunes (Nightmare Desert) with a spring forming a pool in its shade. Unlike typical fruit-bearing trees, it supports tens of thousands of skulls hanging from its branches, secured with glistening black silk threads. It is older than the tree on the deck of the Chain Breaker and differs from the Soul Devouring Tree of the Forgotten Shore, as it has not been affected by Corruption. The tree's branches sway in the wind, and it has been used as a site of crucifixion, exemplified by the impaled skeleton of Azarax (also refer to Chapter 500), which remains affixed to its bark. The tree's presence is both imposing and sacred, drawing attention due to the combination of its age, size, and the macabre display of skulls and impaled figures among its branches.
