Volume 10

Reveal

Formerly belonged to the now-defunct House of Night, Naeve's former clan. Once mostly desolate, even when thousands of Awakened lived there. Now thriving, inhabited by millions post-evacuation via the Dream Gate.[1]

Current State

Reveal

Transformed by the arrival of "millions of refugees" through the Dream Gate. Wild nature were repurposed as such palaces became inhabited dwellings, groves became cultivated fruit gardens and meadows became fertile fields. Children play on lake shores and swim in the water. Countless colorful lanterns illuminate it, making it "glow like a vibrant jewel in the dim twilight of the misty sea".[1]

Transition

Reveal

Recently transitioned through the Dream Gate into the Indian Ocean on Earth, now participating in efforts against the Skinwalker and evacuating the Eastern Quadrant.[1]

After the events of the war against the Great Terror, it was mentioned in Chapter 2583 that the Night Garden was meant to escort a naval convoy across the ocean to deliver refugees to the Northern Quadrant, but its reserves of essence were running low, making this voyage its last in the waking world before returning to the Dream Realm.
