Childhood
Morgan had a distant childhood, with her brother already gone by the time she grew old enough to remember anything. Her mother died giving birth to her, and her father was more of a teacher than a parent, full of demanding expectations but devoid of warmth. She was mostly raised by the elders of Clan Valor, but there was a distance between her and branch families and vassal clans. The closest friends she had were the daughters of Ki Song, who became her enemies. However, Morgan's brother returned to Bastion when he was ten or eleven, having conquered his First Nightmare. Morgan was initially happy but soon realized there was something wrong with the eerie boy, Mordret, who had taught her fear.[1]
Genius Strategist
Morgan had inherited the lineage of War God and had been fighting against Nightmare Creatures since before becoming an Awakened. She had conquered the Second Nightmare without losing a member of her cohort and excelled in every duty entrusted to her as a Master. In four years, her renown had grown, and she challenged the Third Nightmare alone, attained Transcendence, and took her rightful place as the general of the Valor army. Morgan governed the powerful war machine of the Sword Domain, ensuring the kingdom suffered no setbacks. Many people called her a genius strategist, but in reality, there was no strategy to a war of Awakened, as chaos reigned supreme. Most lessons taught by the history of warfare went out of the window, leaving mayhem and carnage in their wake. The only thing a strategist could do was to rein in the chaos, tame it, and make it serve their goals..[1]
Right of Passage
Morgan underwent a unique rite of passage shortly after becoming an Awakened, where she was forced to confront and kill her own reflection (Other). Her father personally escorted her to the Great Mirror and observed the battle until its conclusion. This intense experience left a lasting impression on her.[2] As a result, she was less vulnerable to the Others' influence than most.[3]
After Battle of the Black Skull
Morgan was sent into the dark forest of True Bastion after Antarctica and was ordered not to return until she redeemed her mistake. She emerged from the forest two years later as a Saint.[4]

After the Throne War
After the war ended and new Domain emerged, Morgan helped to salvage the remains of Valor at the start and then disappeared without a trace. Even Cassie do not know where she is. Most of the remaining members of the branch family of Valor who did not perish in the war died gruesomely after. It was no big secret that Mordret killed them.[5]

Morgan arrived at the battlefield with the exiles of Godgrave, providing crucial support to the defenders of the Human Domain former retainers of Clan Valor seasoned Knights, promising Squires, and Saints such as Jest and Gilead, she immediately shifted the tide around the Citadel. Morgan personally slaughtered countless vessels of Mordret and restored the Citadel's defenses, while coordinating her forces—Jest using his mind-focused Aspect against Mordret's unified consciousness and Gilead employing his affinity for nature and water to bolster the Lake of Tears' defense. Despite these gains, Morgan warned that Mordret was reserving his most powerful Reflections and Great abominations, treating the current vessels as mere obstacles, and she prepared to descend fully into battle herself, intent on confronting her brother directly.[6]
Despite Morgan's reinforcements buying more time for civilians to flee toward Ravenheart, the battle dragged on through morning and nearly to a second sunset, but it ultimately proved futile, as Mordret crushed the defenders even while holding back his strongest forces and fighting across the Moonriver Plains, Glass Hell, and Chained Isles.[7]
