Ravenous Fiend

Main article: Tiny Scavenger § Description

The echo of Ravenous Fiend was no fiend at all but instead a pitiful, tiny gremlin.^[7]

Basically, same as it was in its Echo form.^[1]

After the Imp evolved his attribute to [Greater Steel Body], his head was on the same level as Sunny's abdomen. His body is covered in black plates resembling a suit of light armor, each glinting with a dark metallic sheen. The same went for his sharp claws and triangular teeth.^[9]

Due to its Ability, [Internal Heat], the Imp's eyes and mouth can shine with fiery orange-red light, contrasted by his black metallic face and sharp steel teeth. His sharp steel teeth which had been black were now shining with a red-hot glow that radiated scorching heat, resembling an immolating infernal furnace inside his maw.^[9]

After having [Complete Steel body], the creature is nearly as tall as Saint and towers like a demonic warrior forged from dark steel in hell's infernal flames. Similar to the original Ravenous Fiend, the new Imp is not gaunt but appears like a knight clad in plate armor made of a strange dark metal. His armor has a dark sheen and glossy quality, resembling the Transcendent Devil cast out of black silver or dull chrome. The ravenous Shadow has curved blades growing from his elbows and knees, and ferocious spikes rising from his dark armor. His face is hidden behind a fearsome helmet with twisting horns and a jagged line where his mouth is hidden with dagger-like teeth. His claws are like short swords, and in his ferocious eyes, infernal flames burn with intense heat. The demonic monstrosity had an extremely nasty expression in its glowing orange-red eyes.^[5]

A five-meter tall, four-armed fiend, with a body forged from polished black silver. His steel carapace protruded with long, sharp spikes, resembling shattered swords. The infernal flames burning in his eyes ignited with hungry malice. His body is incredibly durable and almost immune to fire.^[10][11]

The Ravenous Fiend had been a top-tier Nightmare Creature, a peerless genius among vile abominations.^[7] This shadow can talk and likes revenge.^[12][5]

The new Imp with [Complete Steel Body] acts nonchalantly as the taciturn knight but secretly happy to have recognition from Shadow Saint.^[5]

Fiend was particularly terrifying due to his invisible but undeniable will. His young age and personality made his will impact the world, though not as drastic as the Great Nightmare Creatures. Sunny suspected that Fiend's [Lucky] Attribute fused with his will, leading to more things going according to his plan.^[11]

The imp was a Transcendent Devil but weak beyond belief, its true power lay in its insane ability to grow stronger and acquire new traits by devouring various creatures or things. It also possessed a few very surprising and potent Attributes.^[7]

Shadow Saint taught fiend to focus on hand-to-hand combat. He used his four bare hands to tear enemies apart, but his brutality was also sophisticated and calculated. Fiend's infernal flames, fueled by his powerful steel body, killed numerous abominations in agony or scorched them so badly that slicing them open was easy for the ravenous Shadow. His devious cunning and diabolical intelligence were not lost on him.^[11]

• Transforming its Echo into a Shadow cost Sunny three hundred shadow fragments.^[7]
• Imp was introduced by Sunny to his friends (Nephis, Effie, Kai and Cassie) in Chapter 1158.
• Nephis and Effie thinks that the Imp is adorable.^[9]
• The first time Sunny summoned the Fiend into the real world (as a Shadow), the tiny creature looked around, then stared at him with fright and ran away, hiding behind Saint's leg.^[1]
• The little guy's appetite was inexhaustible and anything that entered his mouth disappeared without a trace. There were very few things that his sharp teeth couldn't rip apart.^[1]

• Sunny was feeding the imp with various types of steel, alloy, and mystical metals. The Ravenous Fiend's bone armor had been impressive, but he was determined to create something even more impenetrable.^[1] In Chapter 1315, he had acquired [Complete Steel body].
• Fiend only needs to eat powerful creatures or mystical materials to grow.^[7][13] In Chapter 1661, it was mentioned that he had been feasting on Nightmare Creatures for years and recently advanced to the Supreme Rank after consuming a Great Demon. His attributes and abilities had grown stronger, but no new ones were yet gained.
• In Chapter 2021, Fiend despises the Reflections and resolves to inform "Big Sister" of their actions.
• Sunny's Shadows were supposed to obey him absolutely, and most did without resistance. The only exception was Fiend, who occasionally put up a show of defiance but ultimately complied with Sunny's commands after making his indignation or reluctance known.^[14]
• In Chapter 2820, Kai was supported by a gargantuan steel colossus left behind by the Lord of Shadows, a Supreme Devil that guarded the gates of Jade Palace. It was confirmed by Sunny in Chapter 2839 that he left Fiend to guard Kai and Ravenheart.
• In Chapter 3152, Sunny liberated Fiend (became True Shadow Creature) for Fifth Nightmare preparations. (Refer to Status of the Shadows)
• It was mentioned in Chapter 3155 that Fiend was sent to Ravenheart, where he had built a lair in the furnace-like depths of the great volcano.
