Priestess Kylae Kuosi is a middle-aged woman and the head of a small (by Cyorian standards) temple on the outskirts of Cyoria,[1] and is known as "one of the best (human) future forecaster[s] in the city"[1] and a master diviner.[2] She has the ability to tell when being lied to through soul perception, like most higher-ranking priests.[3] She is able to contact and summon angels.[4]
Inside the loop, Kylae and her junior priest, Batak are hard at work trying to ascertain why communication with the spirit world and celestials has been cut off. Though still doing rituals regularly, Kylae is also researching why the timeline cuts off. She is visited by Zorian once to discuss the termination date at the Summer Festival, (directed by Spear of Resolve).[1]
Outside of the loop, she is visited by Zach and Zorian to summon an angel so that Zach's contract can be discussed.[4] She is also informed of the coming invasion so that she can make preparations.[5]
Trivia
- She considers the matter of the Invasion of Cyoria to be way above her pay grade.[1]
- Zorian thought she looked surprisingly young to be a high priestess when he first met her.[1]
- She is at least tangentially familiar with Alanic Zosk, as he is used to vouch for Zach and Zorian's angel summoning request.[4]
