Name Chapter Appeared Description
- 1872 [Corrupted Tyrant].
- 1592 [Great Demon].
- 1623 [Great Beast].[1]
A grotesque monstrosity with mottled fur wreathing with a swarm of pale maggots, its misshapen head wreathing with a swarm of maggots and its open maw revealed massive fangs. Its limbs were a mess of claws, chitinous scythes, and pulsating tentacles.[1]
- 1668 [Great Beast].[2]
A creature whose body looked like a hill of scorched flesh with terrifying muscles bulging under a rotting black hide. It was vaguely humanoid in shape, but its head resembled a jackal's, with jaws large enough to swallow a building. Its towering fangs had a golden sheen and a hidden black tongue covered in sores and scars.[2]
- 1671 [Great Monster].[3]
A crimson python who had been pretending to be part of the vine bridge.[3]
- 1871 [Great Monster].[4]
It was once a majestic tiger with black fur, had red stripes that appeared to be festering wounds revealing vibrant red flesh and blood-red grass sprouts from rotting meat. Motes of crimson light drifts above the grass, made pale by the radiance of the Cloudveil.[5]

In Chapter 1871, it was weakened and gaunt, appeared to be on the brink of death due to the Hollows' unkind treatment of it in recent years or decades.
- 1671 A vast swarm of creatures moving like a buzzing cloud. Each resembled a mosquito the size of a dog and had glistening bellies full of rotten blood.[3]
- 1843 Winged Nightmare Creatures, the enormous beasts with wings wide enough to drown the world in their shade.
- 1873 Scarlet infestation consisted of ghastly beasts, vast vermin swarms, and grotesque plants, waiting for prey to enter their maws or grab them with thorny vines.
-
(Guardian of Vanishing Lake)
1883 The guardian of the citadel was a towering, vaguely humanoid abomination wrapped in a billowing dark robe. Elements of intricate silver armor covered its long arms and slender torso, and six pairs of beautiful grey wings extended from its back.[6]

It was a higher-class Great Nightmare Creature, possibly a terror or even a Titan.[7]
- 1919
  • Harpy[8]
  • A giant with the head of a jackal, his towering body the color of obsidian.
  • A hill-sized canine with three heads, its jaws powerful enough to grind mountains to dust.
  • A horrid creature that resembled a horned lion with a viper for the tail, drops of venom dripping from its fangs.
  • An enormous reptile with powerful hind legs and short, underdeveloped arms, its tyrannical footsteps making the ground shake.
-
(Depth dweller of Spine Ocean)
2209 The Nightmare Creature is a massive, otherworldly entity that emerges from the depths of the Spine Ocean. It is characterized by its translucent, obsidian-like carapace, enormous black eyes, and a jagged mandible. The creature possesses a forest of titanic limbs and flexible antennae that extend nearly a kilometer into the air. Its sheer size makes it difficult to perceive in its entirety, with only fragmented glimpses visible to those who encounter it.[9]

During encounters, forged Echoes—powerful constructs—are used to pierce its resilient carapace, while harpoons and enchanted arrows target its vulnerabilities. Despite sustaining damage, the Depth Dweller is resilient and capable of withstanding considerable attacks, making it a significant threat in maritime battles.[9]
-
(Creatures of the Ash)
2199 At first, the creature seemed like a thick vine, similar to the tendrils from the abominable jungle, but it was grey, not scarlet. It was a giant worm, or more likely a puppet made from its corpse. The worm was dozens of meters long, with a flat body smeared in ash. Its maw was filled with countless teeth, and beneath it, circular suckers marked its translucent skin. The suckers clung to the ancient bone as the worm rose from the chasm, its head swaying. When sunlight touched it, burns appeared on its skin, and smoke rose into the air.[10]

Asura of Condemnation 1673
1674(Named)
[Great Beast].[11][12]
A shriveled, hunched creature, twice as tall as Nephis appeared human-like with a cracked stone body and red moss growing on it like a tattered robe. Under its stone carapace was desiccated flesh, resembling a human imprisoned inside. The stone face was featureless except for the eyes, inside the two round holes two beautiful blossoms grew on black stalks. The mace the creature held appeared to be cut from a diamond, resembling a monk who had gained enlightenment and become one with the world of Corruption.[11]

It was speculated that there was a mummified corpse inside the golem. The power suit it wore was powered by sorcery. They were defenders of ruined city in the hollow bone of Godgrave.[12]
Cloudveil 1872 They are living fireflies that feed on the Monster's blood and propagate in his infested flesh.
Condemnation 1682 [Cursed Tyrant].[13]
The master of the asuras of Condemnation.[13]

Condemnation is an imposing Nightmare Creature of inconceivable size, standing several kilometers tall and dwarfing even gargantuan entities like Goliath. It appears vaguely human-like in form, with two legs, two arms, and a head, but its semblance to a human is rough and distant as if created in the image of a human by an indifferent or ignorant consciousness.[14]

Its body consists of the ruins and everything around it—stone, soil, shattered bones, countless trees, vines, pieces of stone, and entire crumbling buildings, all held together by an invisible force. Additionally, intangible elements like shadows, wind, mist, and possibly abstract concepts contribute to its form.[14]

Witnessing Condemnation is maddening; its chaotic contours are dreadful and overwhelming, wounding the mind by mere sight. It resembles a malevolent spirit possessing a city and assembling a body from its ruins.[14]

When it moves, it feels less like a living being and more like a natural disaster unfolding. Even from a distance, its sheer scale is suffocating, and its presence radiates a vile darkness that threatens to shatter the mind and body of anyone in its gaze.[14]
