Tenlucis was a God of darkness and lighting. He was one of the Court of Shadowsleaders, considered by many to be second only to Umbra.[1] Tenlucis was an arrogant god who slayed hundreds of gods with his dark lightning. He died during the third era, leaving a rare legacy accessible to very few. One of his few legacies was claimed by Caleb Thayne.
Legacy of Tenlucis
Domineering and powerful towards both the opponent and the wielder, the Legacy is known to drive the user insane unless they had the mental resilience to suppress it. However, cultivating that level of innate resistance was borderline impossible, unless done since birth.
The Dark Heavens
The Dark Heavens is the driving force behind the legacy of Tenlucis. It constantly tempers the wielder's magic and is in an eternal phase of growth. The Dark Heavens is centered around the dark affinity and constantly consumes the records of the wielder, making them part of the Dark Heavens. This makes the dark lightning and also legacy skills stronger but also places pressure on the wielder as the legacy does not generate its own records. Without the wielder constantly gaining new records, the Dark Heavens will consume the wielder's existing records, resulting in a loss of skills, stats, and, ultimately, the wielder's very existence as they are consumed and made part of the Dark Heavens.[1]
Known Skills
- Thunderfall of Tenlucis
- Descent of the Dark Heavens
Fate of Tenlucis
Tenlucis fervently believed the power of the dark heaven was supreme, above all, even himself. Through his own delusions, he created e a path where he was constantly under the pressure of the heavens, endlessly mentally strained but also forced forward. This pressure pushed him to the top but left him unstable, driving him to enter places even Primordials avoided. He eventually died in such a place.
