Puddlerock

According to Peter, Puddlerock is run by his and Jacob’s father—Arthur—making it the de facto capital of the United City Alliance. Both Jake and Peter agree it’s a terrible name for a city.

Jake and his party passed through Puddlerock on their journey from Saint Helestras to Paradise. During their brief stay, Peter proved himself useful, earning a place in their group.

While in the city, Carmen encountered a man named Clinton, an old acquaintance of her family.

Many of Puddlerock’s residents were former citizens of Saint Helestras—exiles or expatriates cast out for showing too much independence or for violating one of the many strict rules of the Holy Church.
