Priscilla

Priscilla is nominally the leader of the Risen faction on Earth, although she holds that position largely because Casper refuses to be formally recognized as faction leader. A capable and cunning leader, Priscilla is willing to play the part of a hanger-on to achieve her goals. In the early days of the integration, she attempted to flirt with Casper, hoping to gain influence over him, much to the consternation of Lyra. She later accepts that Casper will never be swayed to her side through seduction and her behavior becomes more platonic.
