Kana Tverinov

She is the daughter of Zorian's classmate Kael (a morlock). Her maternal grandmother, Fria Tverinov, was a witch^[1]. Both Fria and Kana's mother, Namira^[2], died in the Weeping^[3]. Kana looks to be around 3 years old^[3]. She is friends with Kirielle when Zorian brings her to school with him^[4]. When Nochka becomes friends with Kirielle she also joins them, but being much younger she ends up being the third wheel^[5]. Imaya Kuroshka, Kael's and (in some restarts only) Zorian's landlord, describes her as quiet and withdrawn^[6].
