Imaya Kuroshka

Imaya Kuroshka is the owner of the house Zorian decides to live in when he brings his sister to school. Ilsa Zileti recommended her house to Zorian (Ilsa said she and Imaya are friends), explaining Imaya loves children. He first describes her as a lively middle age woman. He also describes her as a landlord who doesn't act like a landlord, probably because she she does things usually left to parents like help take care of his sister, noses into his business, gives advice and cares if he doesn't show up on time. ^[1]

Kael Tverinov and his daughter live in the same house owned by Imaya. Kael has an alchemy laboratory in the basement.
