This temple was mentioned in Sunny's First Nightmare when he reached the peak of the mountain and found the ruined temple.[1]
Description
At the highest point of the mountain, a vast expanse of flat rock was covered with snow. In the center of it, illuminated by moonlight, stood a magnificent temple. Its colossal columns and walls were cut from black marble, with exquisite reliefs decorating the stygian pediment and broad frieze. Beautiful and awesome, it looked like a palace of a dark god.

Inside the temple, there was a large altar cut from a single piece of black marble at the far end of the hall. It was the only thing inside that was untouched by snow.[1]
Trivia
- This where Sunny unknowingly sacrificing himself to the gods and the Shadow God stirred from his slumber and aided Sunny to kill the tyrant thus ending the nightmare.[1]
