Autarch

The Autarch is the founder and leader of the Altmar Empire, an empire of elves and arguably the largest and most powerful empire in the multiverse. Born in the first universe and ascended at some point in the second era, no one is quite sure how and when he ascended as he went to great lengths to erase all traces of his mortal life and ascension from history.^[1]

He is one of the most powerful non-Primordial gods in existence, often being mentioned together with Umbra as one of the few gods able to rival even Primordials in power.^[2] He sits at the head of the Altmar Empire's council, a collection of elven gods who rules the empire with an iron fist, and is noted by The Malefic Viper to be the one who is truly in charge. Other than his power and his creation of the Altmar Empire, not much is known about him at this time.

Few – if any - in the multiverse could compare to the Autarch of the Altmar Empire when it came to magic engineering. It was often a discussion if he or Rigoria stood at the apex of magic engineering, which honestly was a useless endeavour as they both specialized in very different areas, even if they looked similar to an outsider.
