Altmar Empire

The Altmar Empire is the name of a major faction of Elves within the multiverse.

The Empire itself is said to have risen to power during the early parts of the Second Era, presumably after it's founder (the Autarch) himself attained godhood.

Although officially run by a council of elven gods, the Malefic Viper says that the Autarch is the one truly in charge.

The Autarch and his council are said to rule with an iron fist and are quite unique in the multiverse as they are one of the only "race-led" organisations in the multiverse with only elves being given birthright citizenship and all other races being rendered slaves unless they manage to prove their worth to the empire somehow.
