Oganj

Oganj is a very powerful Dragon mage. Zach tried to defeat him many times in the time loop before finally succeeding,^[1] although he claims he is doubtful whether he could replicate the feat inside the time loop, nevermind outside of it.^[2] It can be inferred that Oganj killed Sherden of the Immortal Eleven.^[1][3]

He has two dragon mages as his students, which is remarkable because of dragons' general tendency to be rather solitary creatures. Most dragon mages take up one dragon at most as their student.

He was swayed by Red Robe during the final month to ally with him. Red Robe gave him "materials, maps, records of draconic magic that humans had taken from other dragon mages" "as forward payment" "for his assistance",^[4] and probably promised more treasures after. However, in the final fight, Zorian convinced him to retire from the battle in exchange for the imperial orb and the imperial crown.^[5]
