A Supreme Battle Art was defined not just by flawless execution, but by the ability to infuse one's Will into every movement and strike, wielding it as sharply as the blade itself.[1]

Sunny's Supreme Battle Art

Sunny had begun this transformation during his duel with Anvil, where he drew insight from the King of Swords. Since then, he had developed greater mastery of his Will, but he was still incomplete in the art of wielding Will with the same precision and intention as his sword.[1]

However, a true Supreme Art demanded more — it required his Will to become a direct force, expressed through his body with no dilution. The battle with the Millipede Queen revealed a vital insight:[1]

  • Will lost strength when passed through intermediaries.[1]
  • Slayer's arrow, though crafted by Sunny and powered by both their Wills, dealt only modest damage because it had traveled too far from its source.[1]
  • Will was most potent when transmitted directly — through bare hands, a held sword, or any medium intimately connected to the user.[1]

This realization clarified the path ahead: to reach the level of a Supreme Battle Art, Sunny would have to make his Will a weapon in itself, refining it until it flowed seamlessly through every strike, making each blow not only a physical attack, but an unfiltered projection of his indomitable self.[1]
