Sebastian is the steward of the Great Clan Valor.[1] He is a trusted butler and former follower of Warden.[3]

Appearance

There was a dignified middle-aged man in a well-tailored livery standing in front of him. His grey hair was neatly combed, and his expression was perfectly stoic.

He is a dignified man but kept the truth from Sunny about being knighted on purpose as if saying them is a disgrace.[1]

  • Sunny cannot sense the man's Rank, it could be a mundane person or a Saint.[1]
  • Sebastian was not actually human, but a homunculus created by Lord Warden to protect the Valor family and later extensively modified by Anvil. Despite appearing as an elderly butler, he was essentially a golem with power equal to a Supreme Demon—a masterful imitation of a living being whose actions were bound by the enchantments and directives embedded into him, leaving him unable to resolve contradictions that conflicted with his core instructions.[4]
    • Sebastian stated that his task was to protect the Valor family. He explained that he had not intervened when Mordret and Morgan fought because both Mordret and Morgan were members of the Valor family, making their conflict a family matter in his view.[4]
