House of Nothing is mentioned by Mordret as the name the House of Night would have taken after the war. According to him, his ideal plan had been to accept them back into the fold so that the House of Night would have become the House of Nothing. He described this change as something that would have caused little disturbance to the infrastructure of the waking world, implying that their operational role — specifically, the guidance of ships across the ocean by the Nightwalkers — would have remained intact. Mordret also claimed that even the power of the Saints would not have been lost, saying that he would have been the one wielding it.[1]

Note: In his explanation, the House of Nothing was essentially a reformed version of the House of Night under his authority, integrated back into a unified structure after the conflict.[1]
