The Viper’s Chosen was not a simple foe, and pardon my judgment, but you were no match.—Iskar, to Noboru Miyamoto
Also know as the Cursed King and the Monarch of Blood. Iskar is the former Vampire King of Yalsten and is bound to the Blood Legacy acting as a guide for its uses, as well as a teacher for any vampires created from it.
Prior to the fall of Yalsten, Iskar was an expert in curse magic. He tried to find a solution to the Bloodless Night but the ritual failed and he was forced to seal off the planet from the rest of the multiverse. Even killing off those attempting to escape.
