Holakor

Holakor is a large, mountainous country that neighbors Eldemar to the west. It has unfriendly relations with Eldemar and generally ineffective infrastructure in terms of transportation and cartography.

Outside of the loop, Red Robe attacked over ten isolated mountain villages to kill thousands of civilians to create wraith bombs in preparation for the final battle.^[1]
