Ersetu

Ersetu is the planet on which the story of Mother of Learning takes place. Its surface is mostly ocean, with 5 continents:^[1]

• Oreina is around the south pole, it is uninhabited

• Blantyrre is along the equator, inhabited by lizardmen.

• Miasina reaches from the equator northwards to near Altazia. It is inhabited by humans with some sulrothum in the Xlotic desert.
• Altazia reaches down from the northern arctic circle to near Miasina. It is inhabited by humans and aranea
• Hsan is to the northeast of Miasina and inhabited by humans.

There is also one archipelago, the Shivan Archipelago, between Altazia and Miasina, and slightly to the east. It is inhabited by humans.^[2]
